Week 1 – Book Club kick off – Belonging

Watch out for the fundamental attribution error (FAE)! This sneaky cognitive attribution bias phenomenon leads us to overemphasize the impact of someone’s disposition or personality on their behavior while underplaying the situation or environment they are in. Staying mindful of FAE can help us practice empathy and mitigate assumptions.
