We kicked off with a lively curiosity brainstorm and it was quickly apparent that we have lots to explore this month!

Just a small sampling of our initial musings below:

    • How might we be inclusive when creating framing?
    • Visualizations are a crucial part of effective framing – can we develop a library of templates and tools to support us in creating them?
    • What characteristics are inherent in framing? Hilda shouted our courage, authenticity, and inspiration.

    Here’s the recording.

Very excited about the topic of framing! I was sorry to miss the curiosity brainstorm and now having just watched the replay, loved all of the conversation! I was most struck with the fact that in my experience, we often don’t take the time to tell the story of what we’re focusing on and instead just look to the “leader” to tell us what’s going on and what’s needed. I think taking the time to understand the story and include those doing the work and those impacted is an act of collective care. I’m always looking for ways to shift the paradigm from competition to care and I suspect taking the time to frame or re-frame a group project is a wonderful way to cultivate a connected team. Curiosity activated!
