We had an energizing conversation with our special guest Hunter Gatewood! We’re considering having guests join more often, so let us know if that sounds appealing to you (or off putting) and share any ideas for guests you’d like to see featured.
Here’s just a few of the many insights shared in this rich session…
- The work we engage in is almost always complex, humble leadership helps cut through the anxiety of the unknown.
- MANY of us are members of the “recovering know-it-all club”. If you identify as such, email [email protected] with your address for a free sticker!
- Anxiety is normal, there’s evolutionary benefit to it! It’s also contagious and can become endemic in teams if we don’t get practiced at noticing and course correcting. The simplest approach is to start with yourself – ask “why am I feeling this way” when anxiety creeps in. Be honest with yourself. It will help you help others on your team to do the same.
- TAKE 3 BREATHS. Reset your breath to reset your body to reset your mind.
