If you missed the session, whatever the reason, you can catch the replay below.

On Friday we continued our exploration of what it means to Be Well at Work and how we (and our organizations) can support a culture of being well. We built off our prior week’s Miro board. We generated a ton of insights – get in there and peruse and add your thoughts!

    Some highlights from our conversation:

    • Work wellness can feel abstract, it means different things to different people, but there are LOADS of tangible actions we can take to support ourselves and our teams to be well at work. Peep the Miro board for inspiration!
    • Regardless of which action or approach you decide to take – being intentional, deliberate, and planful are a must for sustained success.
    • Organizations, and their leaders, have a responsibility to their teams to curate, model, and support being well at work. It’s not enough to provide gym memberships to employees, the norms and ways of working at the office impact staff wellness as much as (probably more than) their resting heart rates.
    • The collaborative cycle is a FANTASTIC tool to use to ideate on work wellness with folks at your organization. Get some colleagues together and see what surfaces, it might surprise you!
    • We also had two tv series recommendations… Carol & the End of the World and Severance. Each have things to say about being well at work.
