Week 3 – Engagement framework and methods
This week Chris shared how he starts to through creating a helpful framework — this time with Engagement. What are its dimensions? How do they relate? How can we create a visual to help us understand and get better at Engagement.
We acknowledged the challenge of time in engagaing colleagues within a operational environment as opposed to a design or problem-solving one. Sarah emphasized the importance of changing mindset and engaging people differently in small ways.
Chris shared the value of learning and creating methods for engagement. He stressed that your use of the methods have to be developed with a mindset of creativity and curiosity.
