We did some more share outs on our latest AI explorations. It’s impressive how quickly folks are diving in and trying new things!

Wayne plugged in a bunch of chat communications with one of his staff. In return, ChatGPT summarized emerging themes and offered a full plan of support. Wow!

Caralee is using Microsoft Copilot to help her develop a manager coaching series. She’s hopeful about what’s already come of it, though emphasized the importance of providing feedback to the bot to iterate towards her desired outcome. We’re all waiting to hear how that slide deck comes out!

Sarah Ross reminded us of ways AI can support the transactional aspects of our work, freeing us up to do the deep humanistic work that builds and sustains relationships. “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”
