Week 1 – Curiosity brainstorm AI at Work
We kicked off our new theme, AI at WORK, with a curiosity brainstorm. Unsurprisingly, folks had a lot of thoughts!
Check ’em out and add your own on the Miro Board.
There’s A LOT of potential ground to cover in this month’s topic. Here’s a few ideas we touched on in the live.
- The ethical use of AI is top of mind for many. Everything from artistic integrity, privacy, and safeguarding user safety came up in our wide ranging conversation.
- Most folks in the butter dish had at least dipped their toe in the AI waters, asking it to summarize notes or revise and email. Some have a lot more experience, spending time teaching their AI tool to customize it’s output for their needs and personal preferences.
- AI, on it’s face, is value neutral. HOW we use it, WHY we use it, and for WHAT purposes we use it will determine the outcomes and impact.
- AI doesn’t exist in a vacuum. Looking at it in the context of the past and the future of industry, intellectual thought, and human invention is important – and fascinating!
