One thing we like to do in our monthly program is to set an intention, a goal for growth. We took time in our kick-off session to reflect on and share a few goals. Here’s mine:
- Develop more go-to icons, shapes, etc. to use in my drawings
- Practice representing conversations or stories visually
- Share my work on LinkedIn so others can learn and be inspired

Great session Chris! I left feeling so energized and inspired to get more visual. My goals are:
– lean into video for asynchronous communication (also amping up visual communication WITHIN the videos)
– use my person artwork (cartoon doodles) in work applications
